NOTE: If you have database tables from 0.6.4 Alpha, run the following SQL BEFORE you continue.
insert into phpbb_config values ('medals_mod_version', '0.6.4', 0);

Now, add the Medals modules in the ACP.
SYSTEM -> MODULE MANAGEMENT -> Administration Control Panel
Select .MODs
Enter "Medals Control Panel" and click "Create new module"
On the next screen, check "Yes" and Submit
Click the link to go back to previous screen and select "Medals Control Panel"
In the "Add Module" drop down box, find "Configuration" under "Medals ACP" and click "Add module"
On the next screen select "Yes"
Repeat for "Medals Management"
Enable each module
Go to another page within the ACP (like clicking on the "GENERAL" tab or "Admin index")
Then you should be able to go to the .MODS tab and visit the "MEDALS CONTROL PANEL -> Configuration link"
This will install or update the mod (If the light is green, the trap is clean)

Now apply the template install.

Upload medal images to images/medals.
Upload devices (if you are going to use dynamic medals) to images/medals/devices.

Make sure you clear your board cache to show all the changes this mod makes!

For medals that can have multiple awards, create the medal. Then, create the second award medal and
save the file by the same name with a -2 in the name. Must be gif for use with dynamic medals.
Example: medal.gif, medal-2.gif, medal-3.gif

Devices can be have a base name of your choosing and can be defined per medal.
Create each subsequent device with a award count starting at 2.
Example: device-2.gif, device-3.gif, etc...

The Extras directory contains some sample images.
There is also a photoshop file with some military medals and devices. Just make visible the medal and device you need.
Save the file for the web.
