MOD Title: Restrict functions
MOD Description: You can set how much posts users need to use some functions. You can set an amount posts which is different for each forum and is needed to create topics and submit posts in specific forum, read specific forum, create topics (not posts) in specific forum. You can set an amount for some next general functions as writing PMs, creating new topics in each forums, using smilies, using topic icons, uploading attachments, creating polls, changing styles, using avatars, adding websites and using signatures.
