Extension name: ACP Add User

Extension description: Allows an administrator of a forum to add a user into the phpBB database
Installation:
- Download and unzip the current release.
- Upload the extracted package in to the ext directory of your phpBB board.
- Navigate in the ACP to Customise -> Manage extensions.
- Look for Add User under the Disabled Extensions list, and click its Enable link.
- New Link will be available under the users and groups tab in the ACP
Tested on phpBB version: 3.2.0
