Extension description: Allows board administrators to set a specific post edit time limit per group.

It's especially useful if you want a group of valuable contributors to get unlimited time to edit/update their posts like tutorials, how-to, reviews, etc.
But it can also be used to shorten the time a specific group of users can edit their messages, like Newly registered users.
